Centaurium umbellatum (febrile, biondella): This is a plant that grows on poor soils, in dry meadows or on the edge of woods, throughout the national territory. Between May and September, it presents small, five-petalled star-shaped flowers with a tube-shaped corolla and in pink or red bunches. The harvest takes place from June to August.
