Diagran Minerale Tablets combining therapeutically effective quantities of essential vitamins with other vitamins, minerals and trace elements, is particularly indicated in the oral treatment of multivitamin deficiencies and in those conditions in which there is an increased need for these factors, such as, for example, during the breastfeeding, during the developmental periods of children and in geriatrics.

Nutritional deficiencies and hypovitaminosic states are to be expected in subjects maintained on restricted or unilateral diets or who are in particular pathological or physiological conditions that increase the individual vitamin requirement or enhance the speed of destruction or excretion of vitamins and minerals or that ultimately affect them absorption or use

Dosage and method of use
Diagran Minerale Tablets should be taken in the following doses and methods: the recommended dose of Diagran Minerale is 1 or more tablets per day, or according to medical prescription. In severe cases of vitamin deficiency, the dosage is 2 tablets per day during the initial period of intensive care which can last several weeks, until the most evident manifestations of the state of hypovitaminosis disappear.

Contraindications

• States of hypercalcemia
• Pregnancy.

Special warnings
The use of specialties containing fat-soluble vitamins in high doses and / or for prolonged periods of time can give rise to manifestations of overdose. The use of oral contraceptives can lead to an increase in the plasma level of Vit. A. Very high doses of Vitamin A in animals are teratogenic and have been associated in isolated cases with malformations in humans. Treatment with vitamin D in high doses and for long periods of time requires the control of calcium in order to promptly reveal manifestations of overdosing.

Diagran Minerale contains sucrose and is therefore not suitable for people with hereditary fructose intolerance, glucose / galactose malabsorption syndrome or sucrase-isomaltase deficiency.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding
Daily amounts of Vitamin A higher than 10,000 IU should be avoided during pregnancy (especially in the first months) and you should consult your doctor for advice on the total amount of Vitamin A that can be taken from the different sources. The product, containing Vitamin A in high doses, must therefore not be used during pregnancy.

Expiry and retention
Diagran Minerale packages must be stored at a temperature not exceeding 25 ° C.

Warning: do not use the medicine after the expiry date indicated on the package.
