Doses
For short-term, emergency situations or to receive immediate support use the drops in the stock solution. For real therapeutic processes, aimed at changing behavior patterns and long-term emotions, prepare a dosage bottle as follows: fill a 30 ml bottle with a dropper for 2/3 of natural mineral water or spring water and the part remaining brandy, to preserve the solution. Then add 2 drops from the stock bottle for each chosen essence. For those who are particularly sensitive to alcohol use apple vinegar or vegetable glycerin.
The standard dosage is 4 drops 4 times a day, but everyone can understand for themselves how many times to take the essences. Shake lightly before use to keep the energy of the essences in an enhanced state. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.
