Description

Contains the complete spectrum of whey protein fractions, isolated by cross microfiltration and ultrafiltration (Cross Flow). Its peculiarities are: 100% Isolac-Carbery; 21% branched chain amino acids; 0.8% lactose fat.
Ingredients
Whey protein isolate (contains soy lecithin). Other flavours: whey protein isolate (contains emulsifier: soy lecithin), cocoa powder 10%, cocoa flavouring, colouring: simple caramel, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; sweetener: sucralose, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Instructions for use
Take up to 20 g per day as needed (equal to 2 level scoops) dissolved in 200 ml of water or other liquid, preferably away from main meals. To support activity and muscle trophism, to promote repair processes and recovery, it is advisable to take an additional 30 g, 20 minutes after the effort together with a source of quickly assimilable simple carbohydrates (fruit or fruit juice) always preferably during a snack between the main meals.
