How to use
It is recommended to take 1 sachet per day. Put 1 filter bag in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water and leave to infuse for 5 minutes. For a correct use of the product it is advisable to consult a doctor.
Due to the effects on the time zone, it is advisable to drink the herbal tea on the first day of travel and for a few days after arriving at your destination.
