Doses and methods of use
Capsules:
1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule as it is or open it and dispense the contents in 20 ml (minimum volume) of water or other warm or cold liquid. The product can be taken at any time of the day.
Sachets:
1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 100 ml of water or other cold or lukewarm liquid and consume immediately after preparation. The product can be taken at any time of the day.
