Dicoflor 60 is sold both in capsules and sachets, in this case being sachets the recommended dosage is:
1 sachet per day. Dissolve the contents of one sachet in 100 ml of water or other cold or lukewarm liquid and consume immediately after preparation. The product can be taken at any time of the day.
