Food supplement based on Melatonin. Melatonin contributes to the reduction of the time required to fall asleep. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking 1 mg of melatonin (equal to 5 drops of Dicoson) just before bedtime. Melatonin also helps alleviate the effects of the time zone. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg just before bedtime, from the first day of travel and in the few days following arrival at the destination.

Doses and methods of administration

We recommend taking 5 drops of the product per day. You can dilute the drops in water or other liquid. Given the high viscosity of the product, to facilitate its release, place the bottle in a vertical position and wait for the slow dispensing of the drops. For a correct use of the product it is advisable to consult a doctor.
