Doses and methods of administration
We recommend taking 5 drops of the product per day (1 drop = 5 μg equal to 200 IU of vitamin D). You can dilute the drops in water or other liquid. For a correct use of the product it is advisable to consult a doctor. Shake the bottle well before use.
