It does not contain gluten .

Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), glazing agents (modified starch, talc, glycerol, shellac), capsule (edible gelatin, dye: titanium dioxide), lactase 100,000 ALU / g, Lactobacillus acidophilus 2 billion indexed cells, Lactobacillus plantarum 2 billion of tindalized cells, anti-caking agents (magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide).

How to use
Take 1 capsule daily in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 capsule before the main meal which contains milk and / or dairy products.
