Lactase-based food supplement.
Lactase improves the digestion of lactose in people who maldigest lactose.

Ingredients
Bulking agent: maltodextrin; lactase (beta-galactosidase) 100,000 FCC ALU/g; bulking agent: sorbitol; processing aid: magnesium stearate; antiplatelet agent: silicon dioxide; gastro-resistant capsule (HPMC, gellan gum).

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 to 3 capsules immediately before starting a meal containing lactose, in relation to the amount of lactose taken.

Supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied diet but should be used as part of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. Take the product with every meal containing lactose. Tolerance to lactose is variable and it is advisable to seek advice on the role of this substance in your diet.
