This essence allows us to free ourselves from mental congestions deriving from sensory overload when in daily life we feel oppressed by too many stimuli and hypersensitive to the environment. Very useful in large urban centers where chaos and confusion are experienced on a daily basis. Dill gives us a sense of lightness, clarity and relaxation. It allows you to experience and assimilate the fullness of life and its sensory aspects in a new way. In this way the life of the senses becomes a vehicle for enlightenment and a vehicle for knowledge.

Indications
Symptoms of imbalance: oppressed by too many stimuli, hypersensitivity to the external environment or external activity, congestion of the senses

Balance: living and assimilating the fullness of life, especially the sensory aspects, with balance and harmony

Doses
Fill a 30 ml dropper bottle with water 3/4 of the volume, and 1/4 of the volume with brandy, which serves as a preservative. Add 2 to 4 drops of each flower essence chosen from the stock bottle. Before taking, shake gently to keep the essences in a more powerful and energized vibrational state. Take four drops under the tongue four times a day. Increase or decrease your intake according to your personal sensitivity to flower essences. Keep away from electromagnetic sources, TV, cell phones, computers.

Use with people sensitive to alcohol:
- two to four drops mixed in a large glass of water or fruit juice
- in a 30 ml dropper bottle as indicated above, replacing the brandy with 1/3 or 1/2 of vegetable glycerin, to preserve the dilution
