What is Dimann Gel for?
Dimann Gel is a lubricating vaginal gel. Thanks to the creation of a light film, it naturally lubricates the vaginal walls and protects the mucous membranes. Dimann Lubricating gel is ideal for facilitating sexual intercourse, for performing intravaginal massages, for reducing vaginal dryness, for facilitating the insertion of eggs, tablets, tampons.
Dimann Lubricating Gel is water based and compatible with condoms. Also suitable for anal use.
Dimann Lubricating Gel is hypoallergenic, dermatologically tested, free of hormones, parabens, spermicides, flavors, fragrances and dyes.
The active components of Dimann Gel and how they work
- D-mannose
D-mannose is a monosaccharide, which has a high affinity for the mannose-sensitive lectins of many bacteria. These, by binding to D-mannose, are no longer able to adhere to the vaginal walls. The adhesion of bacteria to the vaginal mucosa is essential to trigger infection.
- Arginine
It is an amino acid capable of causing vasodilation. The dilation of the blood vessels favors the flow of blood towards the genital organs, especially towards the clitoris, which is rich in nerve endings. The blood supply to the genital area has 3 important consequences:
- improves trophism, hydration and elasticity of the mucous membranes
- increases arousal and pleasant sensations during intercourse
- causes uro-genital turgor by creating a cushioning cushion around the urethra, which in this way will be protected from shocks during intercourse.
- Aloe Vera (Barbadensis)
Aloe Vera has healing, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties. Local application has shown efficacy against genital herpes, psoriasis, HPV, lichen planus, inflammation of the mucous membranes and skin.
- Lactic acid
Lactic acid is normally produced by beneficial lactobacilli present in the vaginal cavity. Lactic acid helps to keep the vaginal environment acidic, favoring the survival of the bacterial flora, which protects the woman from bacterial or fungal infections. Thanks to the presence of lactic acid, Dimann Gel respects the natural PH present in the vaginal cavity.
How to use for Dimann Gel
After cleansing, apply a thin layer of Dimann gel at the vulvo / vaginal level. In case of intercourse, apply the gel both on the vaginal intake and on the partner's penis; if possible both 30 minutes before intercourse (to allow adequate vasodilation) and during intercourse. Apply to any instruments / objects / probes / medicaments / etc., which must be inserted into the vaginal or rectal cavity.
Active components for Dimann Gel
Water, Glycerin, Xanthan Gum, Arginine, D-mannose, Aloe Barbadensis, Cyamopsis Tetragonoloba Gum, Cellulose Gum, Lactic acid, Phenozyethanol, Disodium EDTA, Sodium Benzoate, Potassium sobate.
It does not contain parabens, allergens and silicones.

Warnings for Dimann Vaginal Gel
Dimann Gel is formulated for genital application. DO NOT SWALLOW. Avoid contact with eyes, in which case rinse thoroughly. Keep out of reach of children. Dimann Gel is contraindicated in case of known hypersensitivity to its components or to one of its excipients. In case of irritation, stop the application and try again after a few days.
