THE SOLUTION TO THE INSTABILITY PROBLEM
In cases of situations of instability of the prosthesis, caused by anatomical or functional problems, the only solution is to resort to the use of an adhesive. But the adhesives, both in paste and in powder form, have limitations, first of all the prosthetic seal is limited to a few hours and there are strong probabilities of food infiltration under the prosthesis, especially in cases of prosthetic instability, and this causes the need cleaning at every meal. Furthermore, the adhesive action is basically only on the mucous membranes, while it is scarce on the prosthesis, so during brushing the adhesive is removed, with the need to use new material at each cleaning.

Just spread DinaBase7® on the base of the prosthesis directly with your fingers, without fear of the usual annoying "sticking". Once the prosthesis is inserted in the mouth, thanks to the body temperature, DinaBase7® is able to fill all the empty spaces between the prosthesis and the gums. The result will be a soft base, faithful as an impression, which will give the prosthesis a perfect fit and stability thanks to its "suction effect".

This means that, for a good 7 days, there is no longer any need to reapply the adhesive or even to proceed with the laborious maneuvers associated with its removal and replacement after each meal. After 7 days, it will be sufficient to immerse the prosthesis in hot water for a few minutes, remove the old product and replace it with a new application.
