Waterfall; sugar; alcohol; aqueous extract of ashvagandha [withania somnifera (l.) dunal.] radix; gokshura (tribulus terrestris l.) fructus; jatamansi (nardostachys jatamansi dc.) rhizoma; powder of: cardamom (elettaria cardamomumwhite et mason.) semen; gokshura (tribulus terrestris l.) fructus; kumari (aloe vera l.) succus; cinnamon (cinnamomumzeylanicum blume.) cortex; carnation [syzygium aromaticum (l.) merr. et lm perry) flos; sevya (vetiveria zizanioides nash) radix.

How to use
1 teaspoon (± 2.5 ml) after lunch with an equal amount of water. It is possible to increase the dose and set the duration of the intake according to the opinion of your nutritionist advisor.
