Main components

• Echinancea (angustifolia, purpurea): They have cortico-like immunostimulating, antiviral and anti-inflammatory properties; they favor defense mechanisms through increased antibody production. They help prevent and treat the symptoms of colds.
• Astragalus: Rich in triterpene saponins and flavonoids that stimulate the immune system by strengthening the body's natural defenses against infections.
• Plantain: Plantain leaves contain glycosides, iridoids, flavonoids, mucilages, tannins, pectins, salic acid, mineral salts. The presence of these active ingredients gives the plant expectorant, antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, astringent properties. The anti-inflammatory action of plantain is due to aucubin, which has a marked antiallergic and decongestant property, whose mechanism of action is expressed in the inhibition of the synthesis of inflammatory mediators.

Recommended daily dose
