Humana Disanal is suitable for use as the only source of nourishment in the first 6 months of life and is suitable for feeding infants over 6 months of age within a diversified complementary diet.

Humana Disanal 's formula contributes to the dietary management of recurrent or prolonged diarrhea. Events of diarrhea are often accompanied by a temporary reduction in normal lactase activity and consequent lactose malabsorption. The lactose content of Humana Disanal has therefore been reduced so as not to further burden the already altered intestine. In the event of diarrhea, the child's digestive function may be temporarily impaired, therefore the lipid content in the Humana Disanal formulation has been reduced to prevent incomplete absorption and facilitate the work of the intestine. The high quantity of fibers, including those present in bananas, and the tightening effect of rice flour facilitate a rapid restoration of the correct fecal consistency.Humana Disanal also, thanks to its particular formulation, has a pleasant taste easily accepted in case of diarrhea.
