Chamomile dry extract 3: 1 15%; boswelia rubber resin 12%; mallow flowers and leaves 12%, nepeta cataria grass dry extract 8%; vitamin C 8%; psyllium cuticle 7%; flax seeds 7%; charcoal 7%; bamboo fruit dry extract 10%; cranberry young shoots 5%; lactobaccillus reuteri SGL01 5%; bifidobacterium infantis ATCC15702 1%; thickeners: gumarabic 3%; 3% microcrystalline cellulose.

How to use
It is recommended to take 2 - 3 tablets after main meals equal to 1 - 2 grams per day, corresponding to 160 mg of vitamin C equal to 32% RDA and 2 X 10 ⁸ dibifidobacterium infantis and 10.5 X 10 ⁹ of lactobaccillus reuteri.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
