Peach Flavor Thickening Gelling Powder

Thickening gelling powder based on maltodextrin and Xanthan gum, in concentrated and highly soluble form for food and drinks.
Indicated to hydrate and re-educate swallowing function in subjects with swallowing disorders. Gluten free. Lactose-free. Resistant to amylase.

How to use

Measure the amount of powder and add the liquid to thicken.
Mix well for a few seconds until completely dissolved and wait 1-2 minutes.
The powder per 100 ml of liquid depends on the desired consistency and the liquid to thicken:
- consistency of syrup: approx.1.5 g (one teaspoon)
- cream consistency: 3 g approx
- consistency of pudding: 4.5 g approx
