Food based on LNAA (neutral long-chain amino acids), methionine, tryptophan, tyrosine and histidine, intended for special medical purposes for subjects suffering from phenylketonuria secondary to phenylalanine-hydroxylase deficiency. The product should only be used in individuals with a confirmed diagnosis of PKU according to medical evaluation. AntiFen Orange contains a blend of amino acids that reduces the toxic effects of Phenylalanine in the brain. To supplement the diet in subjects with poor dietary compliance.
Ingrediants
Fructose; dehydrated orange juice (20%); L-valine; L-methionine; L-isoleucine; L-leucine; L-tyrosine; L-histidine; L-tryptophan; acidity regulators: citric acid; malic acid; thickeners: guar seed flour; sucrose; beeswax; salt.
How to use
1 g of amino acids / kg of body weight / day divided into 3 doses before each main meal.
Place the contents of an envelope at the bottom of a dry glass; add a quantity of water equal to the weight of the powder introduced. Mix everything for 2-3 minutes until you get a creamy mass. Consume within minutes of preparation.
