AM Plus is an instant thickener with high solubility, for hot or cold liquids and foods, intended for the dietary treatment of subjects with swallowing disorders, dysphagia and presbyophagy.

How to use

Sprinkle a spoonful of powder over the food to be thickened and mix with a fork until completely dissolved. If necessary, use a low speed shaker for a few seconds. The thickening effect depends on the amount of powder used and the type of food used. Some examples of consistency for 100ml of water:

• Syrup consistency: one level tablespoon (approx 4.5g).
• Cream consistency: 1.5 level tablespoons (about 7g).
• Pudding consistency: 2 level tablespoons (approx 9g).
