COMPOSITION

One vial contains: ethyl alcohol, rosin, clove essential oil, polyvinylpyrrolidone, benzocaine (0.1g), ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherols. PRESENTATION The package consists of a glass vial with safety pre-breaking containing 4g of solution and a dispensing system for the application.

HOW IT WORKS DENTAL AMPOULE DM

Rosin is a vegetable resin capable of solidifying when in contact with a humid environment: this ability is used in the DM DENTAL VIAL to create, together with the polyvinylpyrrolidone, a protective film on the decayed tooth capable of hindering contact with external agents that can cause pain (liquids and foods, saliva, air). The application of the solution is made easy thanks to the presence of the dispensing microcannula, and painless due to the immediate analgesic effect of benzocaine.

WHEN TO USE DM

It is used to relieve sudden dental pain caused by cavities.

IMPORTANT

Proper dental hygiene prevents the onset of caries. The medical device DENTAL AMPOULE DM relieves pain but does not cure tooth decay. It is therefore necessary to go to the dentist as soon as possible, also considering the fact that continuous use of the device is recommended for a maximum of 3 days.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE

Make sure your hands are dry and clean. Hold the vial upright between your two fingers, and push the top of the vial back with light pressure. Apply the delivery system to the open vial. Remove the cap from the cannula and hold the vial upside down in a vertical position between the fingers to allow the solution to fall into the dispenser collection chamber, without exerting any pressure on the dispenser. With the help of the microcannula, introduce 1-3 drops of solution on the decayed tooth. Close the dispenser with the special cap. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH AND SIGHT OF CHILDREN

DOSAGE AND INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Apply 1-3 drops of solution as needed, up to a maximum of 4 applications per day. Continuous use of the device is recommended for a maximum of 3 days. Do not use on children under the age of 12.

STORAGE METHOD

Do not use if the package is opened or damaged. Keep in a cold and dry place. Avoid exposure to light or heat sources. Keep the medical device for a maximum of 7 days after opening. Do not use after the expiration date.

ADVICE FOR THE CORRECT USE OF THE DM DENTAL AMPOULE

Each vial contains approximately 1.5 g of 96% ethyl alcohol as rosin is soluble only in alcoholic solutions. For the purposes of optimal use of the medical device and to avoid a reduction in its effectiveness, it is therefore advisable not to drink alcoholic beverages after its application.

WARNINGS

The product is irritating: it is recommended to strictly follow the instructions for use indicated. If the vial is broken improperly, make sure you have collected all glass fragments and do not use the medical device. In case of accidental ingestion of a dose greater than the content of half a vial, consult your doctor or pharmacist presenting the package leaflet. A high absorption of benzocaine can cause serious reactions, especially in children: use the device following the instructions on the package insert. CONTRAINDICATIONS In case of ascertained hypersensitivity to one or more components, avoid using the product.

SIDE EFFECTS

In case of unwanted reactions, stop the treatment and consult your doctor. Prolonged use of products for topical application can give rise to sensitization phenomena. Immediately notify your doctor or pharmacist of any undesirable effects not described in the package leaflet.
