DoloMy Crema is a class I medical device, locally active and intended for external use. Contains painkilling and anti-inflammatory principles of plant origin. Its active substances penetrate rapidly through the skin, exerting a direct action on the underlying tissues and joints.
Thanks to these substances, DoloMy Crema is useful in case of:

• painful and inflammatory states of the joints, muscles, tendons, tendon sheaths and ligaments;
• rheumatic diseases of an inflammatory nature of the joints and spine (arthritis);
• rheumatic diseases of a degenerative nature (arthrosis);
• pain in the back and sacral region (lumbago), lumbago and cervical stiffness;
• trauma of a blunt nature from sports or injuries (such as bruises, sprains, strains or muscle contractures).

Immediately after application, DoloMy Crema develops on the skin a pleasant sensation of heat and / or cold of the treated parts.

Property

Gaultheria procumbens : its essential oil, extracted from the leaves, is a remarkable anti-inflammatory1 and analgesic. Composed mainly of methyl salicylate (96-98%) 2, it is widely used in rheumatic pains and neuralgia as a topical analgesic (penetrates the skin). To the antirheumatic properties are added the antispasmodic, antiseptic and astringent ones. Thanks to its multiple properties, the essential oil of Gaultheria procumbens is a useful natural remedy to combat menstrual pain and abdominal spasms associated with poor digestion.
Capsicum annuum leaf extract: analgesic properties are attributed to capsaicin3. This molecule, in fact, is able to bind to a particular receptor present in the sensory nerves: the vanilloid 1 receptor (or TRPV1). This receptor is an ion channel which, once activated, opens favoring the entry of calcium ions into the nerve cell. This flow, in turn, favors the release of substance P (a substance involved in the onset of pain and thermoregulation) from the sensory neurons involved in the transmission of nociceptive stimuli. However, the binding of capsaicin to these receptors - after an initial and intense arousal (which causes the classic burning sensation perceived when using chili pepper) - then tends to desensitize them, thus determining a depletion of substance P by the aforementioned sensory neurons, thus, resulting in an analgesic effect.
Menthol : menthol is particularly known for its local antiseptic, spasmolytic and anesthetic4 properties. For topical use, thanks to its well-known refreshing properties (if applied to the skin, it reduces its sensitivity, causing cooling).
Pinus sylvestris : the essential oil obtained from the gems and needles is used as an effective remedy in countering neuralgic and rheumatic pains.

How to use

Apply the necessary quantity on the interested parts, with well cleansed skin, with a light massage until completely absorbed. Repeat the application 2-3 times a day. After application, always wash your hands thoroughly. Do not use the product with a bandage. occlusive.

Warnings
