Donegal Plus is a food supplement containing Glucosamine, Chondroitin sulfate, Boswellia serrata extract, Vitamin C, Vitamin D and Manganese. With sweeteners.

Glucosamine is a natural compound that our body obtains from glucose. It is an aminomonosaccharide essential for the biosynthesis of glycosaminoglycans (GAG) and proteoglycans, components that give elasticity to cartilage.

Chondroitin sulfate is the main glycosaminoglycan of the cartilages. Chondroitin sulfate is one of the main responsible for the structure and maintenance of joint cartilage and gives it the characteristic shock-absorbing properties. Its particular structure allows to recall and fix water, which is then released to the proteoglycans.

In this way, Chondroitin sulphate maintains a physiological lubrication of the joints and maintains their degree of elasticity.
