Combines melatonin with Passionflower extract which promotes relaxation and physiological sleep even in case of stress. Melatonin plays an important role in the physiological processes of sleep and wakefulness.

How to use

* To reduce the time required to fall asleep: spray 2 times directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed (2 sprays = 1 mg of melatonin).
** To alleviate the effects of jet lag: 1 spray directly into the mouth before going to bed. The beneficial effect is obtained by taking a minimum of 0.5 mg of melatonin (1 spray) on the first day of travel and for a few days after arrival at the destination, just before bedtime.

The product should only be used before going to bed. Do not administer before using operating machines or before driving. Do not take with alcohol. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
