Dietary supplement

It is a food supplement based on pericarp of psyllium seeds (Plantago psyllium L.), indicated in cases of slowed intestinal transit. It has an emollient and soothing action on the digestive system. It intervenes in the modulation of nutrient absorption and also promotes the correct metabolism of lipids and carbohydrates.

Ingrediants

Psyllium cuticle powder (3.6g per dispenser); citric acid; silicon dioxide, elderberry extract; natural orange flavor; sucralose.

How to use

It is recommended to take one measuring spoon, 1-2 times a day, before or between meals Dissolve the contents in plenty of water or other non-carbonated drink (at least 200 ml), mix for 10-15 seconds and swallow before the product begins to gel. Drink abundantly throughout the day.
In children over the age of three it is recommended to halve the dose.

Warnings

Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Take the product at least two hours before or two hours after taking medication. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
