To be used in case of flu syndromes with pain in the limbs; supportive treatment in influenza states. General infection with pains in the limbs, feeling of prostration, dull headache, restlessness. Dry and burning skin, sharp pains. Nasopharyngitis, bronchitis, influenza, pneumonia, inflammation of the serous membranes, pleurisy, pericarditis, peritonitis, irritation of the peritoneum during inflammatory processes of the abdominal organs.

R6 reduces inflammation of the mucous membranes and fibrous tissue.

Composition of Dr. Reckeweg R6

• Aconite: general action for the symptoms caused by the "cold stroke" or the flu, with suppression of sweating. The basic signs, with rapid and violent onset, are: agitation, fever with chills, associated with hot and dry skin with neuralgic pains.
• Bryonia: bluetongue, headache, piercing pain, serous inflammation of the tissues.
• Camphor: analeptic, calming.
• Causticum: feeling of dryness of the mucous membranes, cough, weakness of the sphincter of the bladder.
• Eucalyptus: general agitation and rapid breathing, tiredness and stiffness in the limbs, headache, fever.
• Eupatorium perfoliatum: fever with a feeling of prostration. Catarrhal inflammation of the upper airways with a tendency to cough and a feeling of dryness of the mucous membranes.
• Ferrum phosphoricum: remedy for fever and inflammation. Particularly effective in inflammation of the upper respiratory tract and in bronchopneumonia.
• Gelsemium: congestive headache, insomnia, chills and prostration.
• Sabadilla: convulsive stimulus of the sneezing center, burning stimulus of the coughing center, cross on the chest.
