Drena-Ben consists of:

Elderberry fruits: it has a phytocomplex rich in flavonoids, tannins and anthocyanins, in addition there are Vitamin C, A and factors of the B complex (thiamin, riboflavin, nicotinic acid, amide (PP), pantothenic acid). All parts of the plant have diaphoretic and draining activity. The large concentration of flavonoids is responsible for the draining effect, they are present at about 1.8% and the most representative are rutin, isoquercetin, hyperoside, astragaline, quercetin.
Horsetail plant: the phytocomplex contains high percentages of flavonoids and mineral salts (15 - 20%), as well as saponosides and sterols. The plant and the extract express a high diuretic activity, but at the same time also bring a high content of mineral salts. Thanks to this activity, Horsetail is often recommended as an adjuvant in slimming therapies.
Plantain leaves: the plant has a remarkable anti-inflammatory, draining and soothing activity. It is rich in mucilage, flavonoids, iridoid glycosides, mineral salts and Vitamins (A, C, K). The anti-inflammatory action that the phytocomplex expresses is very useful in the draining activity that affects edema or areas where lymphatic stagnation has persisted over time and where inflammation is more likely.
Pilosella leaves: the plant has a very ancient use as a drainage; tannins, flavonoids and caffeic derivatives are among the main components. In addition to having a draining activity, the extract also has a marked anti-inflammatory and bactericidal action (umbelliferone). The plant is therefore a good adjuvant in the treatment of cystitis, renal lithiasis, cellulite and overweight.
Galbule cypress: the plant is extremely effective in promoting the reabsorption of edema by strengthening the venous and capillary walls and exerts an excellent draining action. The fruits are rich in essential oil rich in pinene, there are also good percentages of proanthocyanidols, diterpenic acids and tannins.
