Dt3® Pasta Formevet Rodenticide Bait

Ready-to-use bait based on an anticoagulant active substance, known as difethialone, effective against house mouse (mus musculus), gray rat (rattus norvegicus) and black rat (rattus rattus) even after a single ingestion.
DT3 PASTA contains a bittering substance (denatonium benzoate) designed to reduce the risk of accidental ingestion by children and a dye.
DT3 PASTA can be used inside (mice and rats) and around (rats) of industrial, rural, civil buildings, warehouses, houses, cellars, garages, closets. Due to their delayed mode of action, anticoagulant rodenticides can take 4 to 10 days after taking the bait to be effective.

How to use

Read and follow the instructions on the product before use as well as the information accompanying the product or provided at the point of sale.
Remove food sources that are easily accessible by rodents (e.g. spilled grains or food scraps). Also, do not clean up the infested area just before treatment, as this only disturbs the rodent population and makes it more difficult to gain acceptance of the bait.
Where possible, attach bait boxes to the ground or other structures.
Do not eat, drink or smoke while using the product. Wash hands and skin directly exposed after using the product.
Do not open the bags containing the bait.
Consider non-chemical control mechanisms (e.g. traps) before using rodenticide products.
Bait containers should be placed in the immediate vicinity of places where rodent activity has previously been verified (e.g. walkways, nests, livestock entry enclosures, openings, burrows).
Place the product out of the reach of children, birds, pets, farm animals and other non-target animals.
Place the product away from food, drink and pet food, as well as any utensils or surfaces that may come into contact with the product.
Do not place bait boxes next to water drainage systems as the bait may come into contact with water.
Replace baits in containers if water damaged or contaminated with dirt.
Place bait points in areas not subject to flooding.
At the end of the treatment period, remove any remaining baits or containers with bait.

MICE : up to 50 g of bait per container. If more bait boxes are needed, place them at least 1-1.5 meters apart (inside buildings).

RATS : up to 150 g of bait per container. If multiple bait boxes are needed, place them at a minimum distance of 4-5 meters from each other (inside buildings / around buildings). Bait boxes should be checked at least every 2-3 days for mice and every 5-7 days for rats at the beginning of the treatment and at least weekly followed, in order to check if the bait is accepted, the containers are intact and to remove the rodent bodies.
Refill the container when needed.
