Recommendations by stage:

• Attack phase: Unauthorized
• Cruise phase: 2 tablespoons per day
• Consolidation phase: 3 tablespoons per day
• Stabilization phase: as desired

1 level tablespoon of spreadable cream (12g) = 1 tolerated

Respect the number of foods tolerated by the Dukan® Method:

• In the attack phase: 0 tolerated
• During the cruise (PP / PV): 2 tolerated per day
• In the consolidation phase: 3 tolerated per day
• In the stabilization phase: to taste
