Valerian

Food supplement based on standardized Valerian extract (50 mg) and Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg). Valerian promotes relaxation and sleep even in case of stress. Vitamin B6, in addition to contributing to the normal functioning of the nervous system and psychological function, is indicated to promote the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
Valerian Dream Expert is a product designed against daytime stress and to promote nighttime relaxation.
The association with Vitamin B6 helps to improve the functionality of the nervous system, reducing tiredness and fatigue.

Ingrediants
One coated tablet contains: valerian root dry extract titrated 0.8% valerenic acids (Valeriana officinalis), microcrystalline cellulose. Anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide; vitamin B6. Coating agent: sucrose, corn starch, maltodextrin. Thickener: gum arabic. Dye: titanium dioxide (E171), shellac, carnauba wax, beeswax.

How to use
We recommend taking 1 to 4 tablets a day, according to your needs, to be swallowed with a little water.
