Soluble vegetable fiber that helps maintain regular intestinal function day after day:
- softens the stool, facilitating its evacuation, but also has an effect similar to that of a massage on the intestinal wall, thus helping to abnormalize defecation in case of constipation;
- helps to regain intestinal regularity in a natural way;
- helps relieve symptoms associated with constipation;
- if taken regularly, it can have an effect on reducing the absorption of cholesterol.
Glucomannan
Soluble natural fiber obtained from the tubers of an Asian plant (Amorphophalluskonjac) which is not normally present in food. When mixed with water it forms a gel that helps soften the stool.

Ingrediants
One sachet contains: glucomannan 2.5 g; sorbitol, citric acid; carrageenan; aroma of tangerine; paprika extract; silicon dioxide; acesulfame K.

How to use
Pour the contents of 1 sachet into a glass full of still, non-carbonated water (at least 250 ml). Mix quickly and take immediately. If the preparation is left to rest, a gel will form which is not recommended to be taken as it can be difficult to swallow and could cause a choking hazard. However taken, it has no harmful effects.
Recommended dose

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Do not take a double dose if you did not take the previous dose.

Warnings
Do not take in case of allergy (hypersensitivity) to glucomannan or to any of the components.
Contains sorbitol: excessive consumption can have laxative effects.
In case of intolerance to some sugars, contact your doctor before taking the product.
If you have persistent bowel problems and you do not know the cause, always inform your doctor.
Keep the product out of the reach and sight of children.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding
No effects are expected during pregnancy or on the suckling child, as the mother's exposure to the product is negligible. In case of pregnancy or breastfeeding, it is still advisable to consult your doctor before taking the product.
Use in diabetics
The product can alter blood glucose levels. It is advisable to regularly check blood glucose levels in patients with diabetes who are taking the product.
Taking with medicine
The product may interfere with the absorption of some medicines. It is advisable to take it at least 2 hours before or 2 hours after taking medicines. It must not be taken in case of taking medicines that can cause constipation, for example codeine and morphine.
