Corallini Durum Wheat Cappelli Alce Nero - Organic

Alce Nero organic Cappelli durum wheat corallini are produced using the historic variety of durum wheat which owes its name to the homonymous Abruzzo senator, promoter, at the beginning of the 20th century, of the agrarian reform that led to the distinction between hard and soft wheat. Grown in Italy, it is characterized by an intense aroma and by the ears up to one meter and sixty high which end with an unmistakable black mustache. The semolina mixture, prepared with spring water from the Dolomites, gives it a sweet flavor. Our organic Alce Nero durum wheat corallini are produced with the addition of vitamin B1.
