Not everyone knows that the key feature of this tea is the bergamot peel which takes its name from Count Gray, the 19th century UK prime minister, who fell in love with it after receiving it as a gift. Earl Gray Organic Fairtrade Tea is a light, refreshing black tea with a bergamot flavor.

How to make the perfect cup
