How to use

Before proceeding with the extraction it is necessary to cleanse the breast and to facilitate the flow of milk, massage it gently and / or cover it with a warm cloth for a few minutes. The ideal position is sitting in a comfortable chair, bending the torso slightly forward.

The silicone massage cup should be placed and pressed on the breast so that no air comes out. At this point, gently pull the suction handle until you feel the sensation of sucking on the breast, then release. The movements should be short and fast: the milk will begin to flow. After expressing a small amount of milk, you can change the rhythm, depending on your personal preference.

If the milk does not come out after 5 minutes of using the manual breast pump, stop the operation and repeat later.
