Ingrediants
Condurago cortex 17%; chamomile dry extract 3: 1 14%; licorice root 12%; rubber resin mastic 10%; Icelandic lichen thallus 10%; calcium carbonate 10%; juicy pineapple concentrate 3: 1 5%; bamboo stem 5% dry extract; fucoidate 5%; fig buds 3%; linden buds 3%; lactobaccillus reuteri 2%; thickeners: 2% gum arabic; 2% cellulosamicrocrystalline; magnesium stearate.

How to use
It is recommended to take 1 - 2 tablets after main meals, corresponding to 1 - 2 grams per day, equal to 80 mg of calcium.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age.
Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet.
