Indications

The K1 POSTURE KEEPER dynamic back brace is indicated in:

• postural correction and stabilization
• painful postural syndrome
• curved back or hyperkyphosis
• juvenile kyphosis
• non-neurological scapulo-thoracic dyskinesia

Contraindications

Pathologies of the spine requiring the use of fixed correction devices.
Patients suffering from claustrophobia, anxiety attacks, allergies to the textile components of the product.

Characteristics

Patented BACK device (Back Active Correction Keeper) to adjust the retropulsive tension of the shoulders and the extension of the dorsal tract consisting of:

• Tie-rod system anchored in four points (shoulder and trunk);
• Adjustable tension rods with front hook and loop fasteners;
• Tilting subscapular buckles according to the orientation of the adjustable tie rods.

Sleeveless shirt body, in a supportive, stretch, breathable, comfortable and wash & wear (anti-crease) fabric.
Zipper closure (Nickel free) to facilitate donning and with structural reinforcement function.
Non-slip silicone edging.
Velor inserts for anchoring the adjustable tie rods.
Anatomically shaped velor inserts to concentrate the retropulsive thrust forces.

Textile Composition

Body / vest: 75% polyamide, 25% elastane.
Bands / Braces: 59% polyurethane, 30% polyamide, 11% elastane.

Positioning

For a correct fit and a good understanding of the positioning of the brace, consult the following or watch the video.

• Wearing K1 POSTURE KEEPER:
  Detach the tie-rods from the front velor and wear K1 POSTURE KEEPER like a normal shirt with zip, in direct contact with the skin and taut under the buttocks.
  Use the special hook to make it easier to close the zipper.
• Adjust K1 POSTURE KEEPER:
  Tighten the adjustable tie rods until the desired retropulsion and extension effect is obtained.
  Attach the ends of the tie rods to the velor areas on the front.
• Remove K1 POSTURE KEEPER:
  Detach the tie rods from the front velor.
  Undo the zipper and take off the K1 POSTURE KEEPER

In order to obtain the best result, a gradual use of K1 Posture Keeper is recommended, as shown in the following table:
1st day: 1 hour
2nd day: 2 hours
3rd day: 4 hours
4th day: 6 hours
5th day: 8 hours

Washing instructions

Hand wash in water at 30 ° C with neutral soap or detergent, rinse well, let dry horizontally. Do not iron.
