Method of preparation

The recipe for Elah Tart includes 1 bag of Preparation for Tart, 125 g of butter, 2 medium eggs, 1 bag of Preparation for Elah Vanilla Instant Cream, 300 ml of milk, fresh fruit to taste. As a method of preparation it is advisable to use a bowl to mix the contents of the bag with softened butter, then add the eggs and work with your hands until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Roll out all the dough into a pan no larger than 26 cm in diameter, taking care to butter it before pouring the mixture, taking care to leave the edge about 2 cm high. Prick the surface of the dough and bake in a preheated static oven at 190 ° C for 20 minutes. Allow to cool and place the cake base on a serving dish. Fill with the Instant Vanilla Cream, previously prepared with 300 ml of milk. Decorate with sliced fruit, arranging it in concentric circles or like a fruit salad. It can be served as it is or with a sprinkling of icing sugar.
