Essential trace element for the proper functioning of our body. Absorbed through the intestine, magnesium regulates its activity, both in the case of constipation and not. Ingredients :

Tribasic magnesium citrate, Magnesium bisglycinate, Sodium bicarbonate, Potassium citrate, Fructose, Lemon juice powder, Lemon flavoring powder, acidifier: citric acid.

Recommended daily dose:

1 teaspoon, dissolved in a glass of warm water, before going to bed in the evening.
