Eleutherococcus has a tonic-adaptogenic action useful for counteracting physical and mental fatigue. Furthermore, it promotes memory and cognitive functions and promotes the body's natural defenses.

Recommendations for use

We recommend taking 10 ml diluted in water, once or twice a day at any time (10 to 20 ml per day); mix and sweeten to taste. If desired, the daily dose can be diluted in a bottle of water to be consumed throughout the day. Shake before using. Graduated measuring cup included in the package.
