Multi-Action Anti-Aging Copro Cream

It is a multi-action cream with a rich and silky texture that combines a slimming and lipolytic action with a true anti-aging treatment for the body. A pool of extremely effective substances against cellulite blemishes (such as Caffeine, Carnitine, Phosphatidylcholine and Sodium Deoxycholate) combine in synergy with powerful antioxidants (such as Vitamins, Polyunsaturated Fatty Acids from Rosa Mosqueta and Antiradical Enzymes) conveyed in Liposomes and Cyclodextrins to improve its effectiveness of action.

Active principles

CAFFEINE

Caffeine is the alkaloid substance contained in coffee beans. It has the ability to stimulate the drainage and removal of stagnant liquids (anti-edematous function) but its main action is to stimulate the mobilization of fatty acids in the adipose tissue. The topical use of Caffeine has no contraindications to date since transdermal absorption does not show blood concentrations such as to induce systemic effects.

CARNITINE

It is an active principle capable of accelerating the catabolism of fats: it is the transporter carrier responsible for the transport of fatty acids inside the mitochondria for their use for energy purposes. The mechanism of action consists in the ability of Carnitine to attach itself to the fat molecule thus constituting a "key" that allows it to penetrate into the mitochondria. Mitochondria are organelles present in every cell of the body in which, thanks to the presence of oxygen, fats are burned for energy. Once Carnitine has penetrated into the cells, it causes an increase in the use of fats for energy purposes, preventing them from being accumulated in the adipocytes.

PHYTOSOME OF ESCIN

Escin is a saponin extracted from horse chestnut seeds which have been recognized as decongesting, anti-reddening, lightening, astringent and vasoconstricting properties. Escin simultaneously carries out an anti-inflammatory action on the circulatory system; vasoprotective and vasoconstrictor on blood vessels and blood thinner. This active principle, in fact, is able to intervene on the local electrolyte exchange, counteracting the formation of edema: it increases the resistance of the capillaries, reduces the vascular permeability, thus favoring the elimination of accumulated interstitial fluids. The anti-edema property of Escin therefore has a beneficial effect on circulation, justifying its use in the treatment of swelling, a sense of heaviness, fatigue or lymphatic stagnation. The Aescin Phytosome maintains the same properties of aescin but prolongs its action through an increase in the release times of the active principle at the dermal level.

SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE AND LACTOPEROXIDASE IN CYCLODEXTRINS

Superoxide dismutase and Lactoperoxidase are enzymes with antimicrobial and antioxidant activity that can interfere with the production of free radicals during the initial phase by inactivating their precursors. In fact, they perform a powerful anti-radical action by directly operating a dismutation of the oxygen present in the free radical and preventing the reformation of the starting superoxide ion which is one of the major oxidizing agents in the cell. This anti-radical action is of fundamental importance for the appearance and health of the skin and the constant application of cosmetic products, containing superoxide dismutase and Lactoperoxidase, definitely contributes to slowing down the deleterious action of free radicals, keeping the skin healthy and pleasant in appearance. . Furthermore, these enzymes, complexed with Cyclodextrins, do not lose their activity once they are inserted into the finished cosmetic and this allows to exploit their beneficial properties to the maximum. Thanks to their known controlled release properties, the Cyclodextrins also ensure a significant increase in the activity of the complexed functional substance and a significant decrease in any irritation problems associated with the active ingredient in free form.

LIPOSOMES OF ROSEHIP OIL

Rosa Mosqueta Oil has a high content of polyunsaturated essential fatty acids (linoleic 41%, linolenic 39%), substances that are essential for the regeneration processes of cell membranes and therefore for the renewal of skin tissues. To the essential fatty acids is added the presence of transretinoic acid, an isomer of vitamin A which has proven its rejuvenating effect on the epidermis. Therefore, Rosa Mosqueta Oil is effective in the treatment of scars, stretch marks, sunburn and old age spots. It reduces expression lines, acts on premature aging of skin tissues, on dry and damaged skin and is also effective in hair regeneration. Liposomes, given their phospholipidic nature, have the advantage of being completely natural products, of vegetable origin and totally sebum compatible.Their particular composition allows and increases their absorption and ensures the protection and transport in situ of the host active ingredient. while their phospholipidic components are excellent products with an emollient and nourishing effect on the skin. The synergistic combination between the liposomal system and omega 3 and omega 6 polyunsaturated fatty acids, contained in the Rosa Mosqueta Oil, ensures a supply of emollient substances essential for the softness and appearance of the skin. The fat-soluble vitamins A, D, E, K, also present in Rosa Mosqueta Oil, perform a strong anti-free radical and anti-aging activity, helping to give the skin a healthy and luminous appearance.

PHOSPHADITYLCHOLINE & SODIUM DEOXICULATE

Phosphatidylcholine is one of the most important components of biological membranes. In particular, it is the most abundant phospholipid on the outer layer of the plasma membrane. It is mainly produced from soybean Glycine where 75% of phosphatidylcholine is composed of unsaturated fatty acids: linoleic, linolenic and oleic. Phosphatidylcholine is able to reduce the volume of fat cells with which it comes into contact. It is also an emulsifier of fats and therefore promotes their dispersion as energy. This last aspect is probably the real mechanism of action. In fact, it is used in association with Sodium Deoxycholate which, by determining a detergent action on the membrane lipids of the adipocytes, causes them to break with the release of triglycerides in the interstitial space. Phosphatidylcholine then solubilizes these triglycerides, promoting their metabolization and elimination through the circulatory flow.

SALTS OF NIGARI CARRIED IN IONOSOMES

Saline mixture with detoxifying and draining activity appropriately conveyed to perform its effectiveness at its best. Magnesium chloride, obtained by purifying sea water, is one of the most important mineral salts for the human body (it is involved in more than 300 biochemical reactions). It is difficult to assimilate through the skin, therefore a suitable vehicle is required. For this a modified liposomal vehicle has been studied: it is a real liposome (therefore a phospholipid double layer) externally coated with polysaccharides which thus allow a stable encapsulation of the salt (otherwise impossible in a classic liposome due to its strong ionic nature) while maintaining the advantages and classic characteristics of liposomes, i.e. better bioavailability and controlled release of the active ingredient contained. This active ingredient acts by promoting the elimination of waste with draining, detoxifying and purifying activity on the body. In general, it acts as a protector against toxic substances and extends the cell half-life.

MIX OF VITAMINS (ACEF) IN LIPOSOMES

Microencapsulated vitamin complex that allows the extension of the bioavailability of the active ingredients contained, improves their absorption, penetration and diffusion. The phospholipid nature of the complex allows the delivery of hydrophilic and lipid vitamins at the same time. In vitro and in vivo tests have shown an increase in the synthesis of fibroblasts, collagen and a reduction of wrinkles equal to 25%.

VITAMIN A (RETINOL)

Vitamin A is defined "the vitamin of beauty" and plays an important cosmetic role in maintaining the integrity of cell membranes, stimulates the renewal of skin cells and maintains hydration for a long time, a fundamental element for keeping the skin supple and youthful while protecting it from premature wrinkles. Vitamin A has the purpose of delaying skin aging phenomena and plays an important role in maintaining the integrity, both morphological and functional, of cell membranes.

VITAMIN C (ASCORBIC ACID)

It has a precious cosmetic action because it promotes the synthesis of collagen, the protein present in the deep layers of the skin that gives tissue plasticity, hindering the formation of wrinkles. Vitamin C has an elasticizing and refreshing action, it is a powerful cellular antioxidant capable of inactivating the free radicals that are generated on the skin when we expose ourselves to the sun and constitutes a depigmenting factor, collagen synthesis regulator with consequent firming effect. In the skin, ascorbic acid is present, as well as in the dermis, especially at the level of the epidermis, it is used as an active principle to rebalance the altered skin barrier and is inserted in protective and above all anti-aging products. It has been experimentally verified that, after a series of treatments with ascorbic acid, the general appearance of the skin improves considerably: in fact, there is a reduction of surface wrinkles and an improvement in skin elasticity and tone.

VITAMIN E (TOCOPHEROL)

It has a protective and antioxidant action on cells and tissues and slows down the aging processes. It also has soothing and emollient properties and significantly reduces the deleterious action and consequent cell damage of UV rays on the skin.

VITAMIN F

Vitamin F is essential for the integrity of the skin and to maintain its protective barrier against external agents and also intervenes in cellular assimilation and respiratory processes. From a cosmetic point of view, this vitamin counteracts premature aging of the skin and damage caused by the sun, helps maintain skin elasticity, mitigates the imperfections caused by stretch marks and helps the renewal of skin tissues.
