How can elmex Junior 6-12 years old toothpaste help?

Several clinical studies have shown that amine fluoride is very effective. It immediately forms a protective mineral shield around the tooth. Thanks to the fluoride content indicated for the age,

the newly formed permanent teeth are reinforced and protected from caries attacks. The flavor is pleasantly delicate.

Why do newly formed permanent teeth need special protection?

Bacteria transform sugars and carbohydrates in food into acids that attack tooth enamel. Especially when newly formed permanent teeth emerge, their enamel is not yet fully mineralized and is therefore more susceptible to caries. For this, dentists recommend using a toothpaste with an age-appropriate fluoride content (1400 ppm).

It helps to strengthen the not yet mature enamel of newly formed permanent teeth.

Usage

For the daily oral hygiene of children aged 6 to 12, in order to:

• increase the mineralization of newly formed permanent teeth;
• keep your permanent teeth healthy;
• stimulate the remineralization of the enamel when subject to demineralization;
• motivate children to switch from children's toothpaste, which has the lowest fluoride content, to a toothpaste with an age-appropriate fluoride concentration.

For daily oral hygiene after meals, in children aged 6 to 12 years. It is recommended to use it in combination with the elmex® interX Junior toothbrush and the elmex® CARIES PROTECTION mouthwash.
