elsa is an innovative formulation useful in promoting the Quality of Life in case of pre-menstrual syndrome. Counteracts menstrual cycle disorders, promoting normal mood, nervous system functionality and drainage of body fluids.
Ingrediants
Magnesium citrate; bulking agent: isomalt; sweeteners: erythritol, sucralose; acidity regulator: citric acid; birch (Betula pendula Roth., leaves 50% eBetula pubescens Ehrh., leaves 50%) eg tit. 2.5% min. flavonoids, lemon balm (Melissaofficinalis L., leaves) eg tit. 12% in rosmarinic acid, flavor; anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; magnesium oxide; emulsifier: sunflower lecithin; chaste tree (Vitex agnus castus L., fruits) eg tit. 0.5% agnuside, saffron (Crocus sativus L., stigmas) eg tit. min. 2% safranal and min. 3% crocins, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

How to use
It is recommended to take one sachet a day, preferably with the main meal.
Pour the powder into a glass and add 150 ml of water, mix well until the powder is completely dissolved and take.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements are not intended as substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
