How to use
Use the toothpaste at least twice a day, after meals and at bedtime. Clean the teeth by squeezing a small amount of identifrice on the toothbrush and always making vertical movements, from the gums towards the tooth to the internal and external walls of the dental arch.
For the top parts, carry out horizontal movements instead.
