One tablet of Enervit Sport Effervescent Salts is a source of vitamin C which contributes to the maintenance of the normal function of the immune system during and after intense physical exertion. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 200 mg (corresponding to 1 tablet) in addition to the recommended daily intake of vitamin C.

1 effervescent tablet is also a source of:

• Niacin : which contributes to normal energy metabolism.
• Magnesium : contributes to normal muscle function.
• Pantothenic Acid : contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

HOW TO USE

Dissolve 1 effervescent tablet in 500 ml of still water. Take half a liter of drink for each hour of physical effort (up to a maximum of 4 effervescent tablets per day).

WARNINGS

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under three years of age. Supplements are not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. The product should be used as part of a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Excessive consumption can have a laxative effect.
