EnerZona Balanced Pancakes is the preparation for soft balanced pancakes 40-30-30, in accordance with the Zone Diet.

They represent the ideal solution both for those who follow the Zone food strategy and for those who want to start the day with a balanced breakfast

Characteristics

They are the first balanced 40-30-30, in tune with the EnerZona product line. Translated into practice: 40% of calories come from carbohydrates, 30% from proteins and the remaining 30% from fats.

How to use

METHOD OF PREPARATION for 2 pancakes (= 2 BLOCKS):

In a bowl combine 60 ml of WHOLE MILK with 40 g of preparation (about 4 tablespoons) and mix with a whisk
Pour the dough into a previously heated non-stick pan dividing it into two parts to obtain 2 pancakes
Cook over medium-low heat until pancake comes off the pan easily (about 2 minutes)
Turn the pancake over and finish cooking (about another 2 minutes).

TO GARNISH THE PANCAKES IN THE AREA:

SWEET VERSION: Consume the 2 pancakes garnished with 80 g of cow's milk ricotta and 15 g of extra strawberry jam (in total breakfast of 3 blocks)
SALTY VERSION: Consume the 2 pancakes with 30 g of defatted cooked ham + 25 g dried tomatoes + 3 chopped almonds (in total breakfast of 3 blocks).
