They are bacteria capable of rebalancing the intestinal microflora. They metabolize the lactose producing lactic acid.
Fructoligosaccharides (FOS)
They are soluble fibers, which represent a nutrient substrate favorable for the development of lactic ferments in the intestine.
Inulin
Natural polysaccharide isolated from chicory tubers, is used as a substrate for lactic ferments.

How to use
We recommend taking 1-2 tablets twice a day with water.
