Ingredients
Turmeric (Curcuma longa L.) rhizome powder, enzymatic mixture (amylase, protease, glucosamylase, lipase,cellularase, lactase, pectinase), edible gelatine cap, ginger (Zingiber officinalis Rosc.) rhizome de tit. 5% gingerols, bromelain; anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids and silicon dioxide.

How to use
Take one or two capsules a day, followed by a generous sip of water after a meal.
