MICROCOMEDON I: lesion formed by mixed sebum and horny cells.
On the surface it manifests itself as a papule; deep as a lump or cyst.

SEBORRHEIC ECZEMA : inflammation due to maceration phenomena and pro-inflammatory microbial overlap, in areas rich in sebaceous glands.

SEBORROHIC REBOUND : response with excess sebum production in opposition to a drastic degreasing action
