Griffonia simplicifolia : supports normal mood and mental well-being; promotes relaxation and night rest; intervenes in the control of the sense of hunger.
Griffonia seeds contain 5-HTP which is absorbed well by mouth and easily crosses the blood brain barrier. This leads to an increase in the synthesis of Serotonin in the Central Nervous System (CNS).

Rhodiola rosea : tonic-adaptogen useful in case of physical and mental fatigue. It supports the normal mood. Rhodiola acts directly on the availability of Serotonin.
